Terms of Use for SayMoney

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SayMoney mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. THE SERVICE

SayMoney is a voice-first personal expense tracker that lets you record expenses, income, budgets, cards, projects, and informal loans by voice or text. Voice input is processed by our AI provider to extract a structured transaction; the audio is deleted right after processing and is not stored.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials and device secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (c) upload malicious code; or (d) misuse the Service in a way that harms others or the Service.

5. YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of the financial data you record. You grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. PRICE

SayMoney is free to use and all features are included at no charge. The App is supported by advertising. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, their price and terms will be shown in the App before any purchase.

7. AI ACCURACY

The App uses AI to interpret your voice and text. Extractions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting transactions before saving. SayMoney is a tracking tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

8. AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply.
